When you report an issue, you will be sent an email confirming a reference number for the report you have made. Do ensure you keep that number as you can log-in with your details and track the progress and decision of the report at anytime. Should there be no progress or update after some time has elapsed, do contact Lockerley Parish Council and we will chase the matter for you.
